Frequently asked questions

Is this a BI or dashboard development project?

No. The focus is on decisions and actions: which KPIs trigger what response, who owns them and when they are reviewed. LOGISTAT works with your existing ERP, WMS and spreadsheet data and only recommends tools when there is a clear need.

Which logistics KPIs do you typically use?

It depends on your operation, but common examples are supplier on-time delivery, inventory coverage, shipment punctuality, backlog, premium freight and inventory accuracy.

Can LOGISTAT run the reporting for us afterwards?

Yes. Ongoing monitoring and reporting can continue through the Supply Chain Control Tower if you do not want to build that capacity internally.
