Warehouse & Operational Improvement

Many warehouse problems are not solved by new systems or new buildings. They come from layout, material flow, unclear routines and capacity that is not used well.

LOGISTAT supports warehouse optimisation in manufacturing and distribution operations — reviewing how material actually moves, and implementing practical improvements together with your team.

07FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a new WMS or more space to improve the warehouse?

Not necessarily. Many improvements come from material flow, layout, location logic and routines. A capacity assessment helps decide whether investment is really needed.

Do you only give recommendations?

No. LOGISTAT can stay to implement changes on the shop floor with your team, or hand over a clear plan if you prefer to implement internally.

Is this only for manufacturing warehouses?

The focus is manufacturing and production-related logistics, including raw material, WIP and finished goods warehouses. Distribution operations supporting manufacturers can also be covered.

Where is LOGISTAT based and where do you support projects?

LOGISTAT is based in Slovakia and supports projects across Central & Eastern Europe and selected European markets. Countries listed on this site represent project and service coverage, not offices or permanent teams.
